Topic Suggestion Terms

  1. What this is. You're suggesting a topic for EnSurf LLC ("EnSurf," "we," "us") to consider writing about. These terms are part of our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  2. Permission to use your idea. You give EnSurf LLC a free, worldwide, permanent, non-exclusive permission to use, adapt, combine, translate, publish and share your suggestion, and anything based on it, in any form. You won't be paid, and we don't have to credit you.
  3. Not confidential. Don't send anything you want kept secret. We don't treat suggestions as confidential, and sending one doesn't create any confidential, business or professional relationship.
  4. No obligation. We don't have to use, answer or keep any suggestion. We may already be working on similar ideas or get the same idea from someone else, and that doesn't entitle you to anything.
  5. Only share what's yours to share. Don't include anyone else's private information, text you didn't write, or anything unlawful, abusive or spam.
  6. No health information. Don't include personal health information about you or anyone else. If you do, we may delete it.
  7. No medical advice. We won't give personal advice in response. Anything we publish is general information only.
  8. Your email. If you give your email, we'll use it only to tell you when we publish something on your topic. We'll add you to the EnSurf newsletter only if you check that separate box. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your email anytime.
  9. How suggestions are reviewed. Suggestions are stored by EnSurf LLC with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. They are sorted and summarized by a third-party AI service, and a person decides what gets written.
  10. How long we keep them. We keep suggestions and related emails for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter sign-ups stay until you unsubscribe.
  11. Age. You must be 18 or older to submit.
  12. Law and disputes. Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts for Indian River County, Florida.
  13. Changes. We may update these terms. The version shown when you submit applies to that submission.
